Cooking Guide (Rice Cooker)

• Rinse 2–3 times until water is slightly cloudy, not fully clear.

• Soak 20–30 min (10–15 min for very fresh/new-crop rice).

• Water ratio (by volume): 1 cup rice : 1.1–1.2 cups water.
