배송정책

주문 마감 시간
  • 오전 9시 이전 주문 완료 시, 1~3 영업일 내 배송됩니다.
  • 오전 9시 이후 주문은 익일부터 1~3 영업일 내 배송됩니다.
  • 재고 상황에 따라 배송이 다소 지연될 수 있습니다.

배송비 및 최소 주문 금액
세금 제외 $50 이상 주문이 필수이며, $75 이상 주문 시 무료 배송됩니다.
$75 미만 주문 시 배송비 $15가 부과됩니다.

주문 접수
고객이 홈페이지 또는 앱에서 주문합니다. 오전 9시까지 주문 접수된 건은 1~3 영업일 내 배송 일정이 배정됩니다.

재고 확인 및 준비
주문 접수 후 재고를 확인하고 상품을 준비합니다. 이 과정은 1일 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.

배송 일정 확정
배송 일정이 확정되면 고객에게 문자 또는 이메일로 배송 예정일을 안내합니다.

배송 진행
배송 당일 오전에 배송 루트가 최종 확정되며, 배정된 배송 기사가 상품을 픽업 후 배송을 진행합니다.

배송 완료 및 수령 확인
배송 후, 고객에게 배송 완료 안내 메시지를 발송합니다. 부재 중일 경우, 지정된 장소에 사진 촬영 후 전달합니다.

 

추가 정책 및 주의사항

배송 불가능 지역
GTA 특정 지역 외 직접 배송 불가. 도서산간 및 외곽 지역 제외.

배송 시간 요청
시간 요청 가능하나 정확한 보장 불가. 특정 시간 요청 시 추가 요금 발생.

배송 일정 변경 및 취소
일정 변경은 전날 오후 6시까지, 취소는 배송 준비 전까지 가능.

고객 정보 정확성
주소 오류 시 재배송 비용 발생. 
도착 후 5분 내 미응답 시 지정 장소 배달.

Shipping Policy

Order Cut-off Time

  • Orders completed before 9:00 AM will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be delivered within 1-3 business days starting from the next business day.
  • Delivery dates may be slightly delayed depending on inventory status.

Delivery Fee & Minimum Order Amount

  • A minimum order of $50 (excluding tax) is required.
  • Free delivery is provided for orders of $75 or more.
  • A $15 delivery fee will be charged for orders under $75.

Order Process

  1. Order Placement: Customers place orders through the website or app. Orders received by 9:00 AM will have their delivery scheduled within 1-3 business days.
  2. Inventory Check & Preparation: After an order is received, we check inventory and prepare the items. This process may take about 1 day.
  3. Delivery Schedule Confirmation: Once the delivery schedule is confirmed, customers will be notified of the estimated delivery date via text message or email.
  4. Delivery in Progress: On the day of delivery, the delivery route is finalized in the morning. The assigned delivery driver will pick up the items and proceed with the delivery.
  5. Delivery Completion & Receipt Confirmation: After delivery, a delivery completion notification message will be sent to the customer. If the customer is absent, the items will be left in a designated location, and a photo will be taken as proof of delivery.

Additional Policies & Precautions

  • Non-deliverable Areas: Direct delivery is not available outside of specific GTA regions. This excludes island/mountainous regions and remote areas.
  • Delivery Time Requests: Time requests are possible but cannot be precisely guaranteed. Requesting a specific delivery time may incur additional charges.
  • Delivery Schedule Change & Cancellation: Schedule changes can be made until 6:00 PM the day before delivery. Cancellations are possible before the order is prepared for shipping.
  • Accuracy of Customer Information: Re-delivery fees will be incurred if the address is incorrect. If there is no response within 5 minutes of arrival, the items will be left in a designated location.
